bFit with Friends

I live by the East River Park in NYC so I often run there on the weekends since the weather is so nice!  As for weeknight activities, I go to Yoga To The People with friends.  It helps me be balanced and it’s a great way to see friends during our busy work weeks. ~ Gabriella Bower

A great free and social option to stay fit are the Sweat Sessions in the Meatpacking district! ~ Meagan Hooper

bFit with Technology

I live in Austin, Texas and it is a very active city.  I am training for the 2017 Austin Marathon, so I have been running 5-10 miles a day.  When I am not running I use a YouTube workout trainer.  His YouTube name is Millionaire Hoy! I HIGHLY recommend checking out his workouts! ~ Alexandra Weidanz

One of my summer struggles is making sure I drink enough water in the day.  I’m currently obsessed with Plant Nanny a free App that you can purchase on your smartphone.  The app allows you to get a virtual plant, and every time you drink water you get to 'water' the plant.  It will notify you every time the plant needs water and it will show you how much water you’ve had throughout your day.  It's a fun way to stay hydrated! ~ Cashman Aiu
