1. Unconscious Incompetence

The first step to learning is that we don't know, that we don't know!


2. Conscious Incompetence

We become aware of the fact that we don't know.  This awareness of your unconscious habits allows you to make changes you may want to make to improve your performance.


3. Conscious Competence 

You are now doing things differently. albeit with a conscious effort.


4. Unconscious Competence

At this stage, your new behaviors have become habitual, result in improved performance.
