Gabriella is a recent graduate from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study where she created her own major titled Empathy and Ethics. Since moving to New York for school four years ago, she has pursued many internships in industries ranging from fashion to tech. She has worked at companies such as VPR, bSmart Guide, and Paintbox as well as for causes such as UN Women’s “HeForShe” campaign. Gabriella has also worked in the editorial world. She was the Beauty and Style Editor of her school’s newspaper Washington Square News and was an editorial contributor for Friend of a Friend, a lifestyle media company founded by Olivia Perez.

Overview
A well-known and well respected thought leader is seeking an Executive Assistant/right arm. This role offers incredible exposure, as you will assist the Executive Director with all business matters. In this role you will provide administrative support; manage calendar, book travel, handle correspondence, liaise with contacts, create presentations, ad-hoc projects and manage the day-to-day needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. Meagan Hooper reacted to this post about 6 years agoIn Bloomington, Indiana, the YWCA Labyrinth program is looking for volunteers to become mentors for women who have just been released from prison.
Similar to Angels Charge Ministry featured a couple weeks ago, the volunteer mentors will help increase empowerment and self-esteem with the mentees through one-on-one support. The mentors will also help set personal goals with the mentees, learn life and communication skills, learn how to better manage their time and budget, and become referrals within the community for the mentees.
